Section titled “What is CoreClaw?”CoreClaw is a cloud-based web scraping platform that allows you to extract data from websites without managing infrastructure. We provide pre-built Workers and tools for developers to build custom Workers.
How does CoreClaw work?
Section titled “How does CoreClaw work?”- Find or Build: Choose a pre-built Worker or create your own
- Configure: Set input parameters for your scraping task
- Run: Execute the Worker in our cloud infrastructure
- Get Data: Download results or access via API
Is web scraping legal?
Section titled “Is web scraping legal?”Web scraping is generally legal for public data, but regulations vary by jurisdiction. Always:
- Check the website’s Terms of Service
- Respect robots.txt
- Don’t scrape personal data without consent
- Use rate limiting to avoid overloading servers

- Click “Sign Up”
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
How do I reset my password?
Section titled “How do I reset my password?”Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I change my email address?
Section titled “Can I change my email address?”Yes, go to Account Settings > Profile to update your email address. You’ll need to verify the new email.

Section titled “How is pricing calculated?”CoreClaw uses a usage-based pricing model:
- Compute Units: Charged per Worker run based on execution time
- Data Transfer: Charged per GB of data transferred
- Storage: Charged per GB/month for stored data

What payment methods do you accept?

- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer (for enterprise accounts)
How do I get a refund?

Technical Questions

Section titled “Why is my Worker failing?”Common causes:
- Anti-bot protection: Enable Web Unlocker
- Invalid input: Check your parameters
- Website changes: The target site may have changed
- Rate limiting: Reduce request frequency
Check the run logs for specific error messages.
How do I debug my Worker?

- Use the preview feature to see screenshots
- Test with minimal input parameters
- Contact support if issues persist
What are the rate limits?
