What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged for the next period.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes! Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Enterprise customers can also negotiate custom pricing based on volume and contract length.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes. The link expires after 24 hours for security reasons.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email in Account Settings. After entering your new email, you'll need to verify it through a confirmation link sent to the new address.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. You can use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) or receive codes via SMS. We recommend using an authenticator app for better security.

Why am I getting blocked by websites?
Websites may block automated requests if they detect unusual activity. Solutions include: 1) Using our Web Unlocker feature for automatic bypass, 2) Reducing request frequency, 3) Using proxy rotation, 4) Adding random delays between requests.
What should I do if my Worker returns empty results?
This could be due to: 1) Website structure changes - check if selectors need updating, 2) Anti-bot protection - enable Web Unlocker, 3) Rate limiting - reduce request speed, 4) Login requirements - ensure your credentials are valid.
How do I handle CAPTCHAs?

What are the API rate limits?
Rate limits depend on your plan: Free tier allows 100 requests/day, Pro allows 10,000 requests/day, Enterprise has custom limits. Check your usage dashboard for real-time statistics.

How do I create my first Worker?

What data formats are supported?
We support JSON, CSV, Excel, and XML exports. You can also set up direct database connections or webhooks for real-time data delivery to your applications.
Do I need coding knowledge?
Not necessarily. Our no-code templates cover 200+ popular websites and require no programming. For custom Workers, basic Python or JavaScript knowledge is helpful, but we provide detailed documentation and examples.
